   Smile, as a group of inexperienced amateurs attempt to salvage what is left of the cesspool school(s), and wrest control away from the former owners management company Newpoint Education Partners.

  Smile as the schools entire financial operation plan is audited, whilst contracted payments, and operational obligations come due.

  Smile, as those big honkin lease payments come due.

  Smile as you defend the schools to prospective parents.

  Smile as the draft of the audit comes out tomorrow.

  Smile as you await that June 20th deadline given to NEP.

  Smile as you develop that "Corrective Action Plan".

  Smile as you figure out the future cash flow...as you try to develop fund raising ideas...as you have to keep sticking your hands out begging for money.

  Smile as you appoint that "Leadership Team" that hopes to accomplish all of THIS.

  And Hope that no infighting, disagreements, bruised egos arise along the way.
