Newpoint Education Partners upholding family values too?

While no convictions, there are A LOT of charges and "questionable" situations, wouldn't you agree. Silly me, of course you would. I mean facts are facts, right?

And it appears when the schools fail that there is not a lot of loyalty to the staff:
