Today's The Day

Well, I am sure the school's designated Board Members are preparing to head off to the Pinellas County School Board and lay out their operational plan and budget in the hopes that the ninety day termination notice will be rescinded.

** Update- I felt they would be able to submit an effective plan  and win a reprieve. I guess that was noit the cade and noiw they are grasping at straws- see this Post**

I personally feel they will be able to present a plan that will satisfy the county and will ultimately be allowed to remain open.

That said, and to reiterate my  concerns from yesterday, to what end did you all sell out to get to this point?

Working with an attorney who has represented schools such as Imagine ( what a nightmare that was) and seeking guidance from the Florida Charter School Alliance ,who openly support and encouraged you to work with some of the WORST charter school companies, like Academica and Charter Schools USA taints you.

Not, I'm sure, that any of you care.

I mean it is just millions of tax dollars from the hard working tax payers of Pinellas County and the State of Florida funding this operation.

Does anyone really know anything about these people who want to run this school? Are any of them criminals? Are they financially fit and experienced enough to manage this kind of operation and these kinds of monies? This could get interesting real fast.
