This just amused me...
Remember last year when the new "F" School Windsor Prep Academy/ East Windsor Academy building was under construction? And they knew it wouldn't be done on time? And they kicked out all those innocent kids that they promised could attend despite not having a facility to house them in?

Isn't it just too funny that the company installing the clock was more concerned about finishing on time ( and doing what's right) than the school was?
